Philemona Williamson creates narrative paintings for The Sheldon Museum of Art, Hampton University Museum, Reader’s Digest Art Collection and AT&T.

Ms. Williamson has been awarded a Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in Painting, a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant and New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship.
