Born in Medford, Massachusetts, Gale Fulton Ross graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Massachusetts College of Art and a Masters of Fine Art from California College of Arts and Crafts at Berkeley. She has studios in Sarasota, New York and Los Angeles where she has been commissioned to paint portraits of artists, educators and politicians.

With two touring exhibitions—Ain’t I A Woman Too?! and Fulton Ross’ Divine Comedy, Fulton Ross received a national public art commission from the city of Opa-Locka, Florida to do a 30-foot stainless-steel sculpture titled One Story.
